We are . . . State College Christian Young Professionals!
We are a community of post-undergraduate 20- to 40-year-olds based out of St Paul's United Methodist Church.
The State College Christian Young Professionals (CYP) plan and participate in Bible study, volunteer work and social events. We have a bi-weekly meeting on Sunday evenings from 7-9pm in St. Paul's Wesley Lounge. Past Bible studies have included Rob Bell's NOOMA short film series, N.T. Wright's book Simply Christian, and Adam Hamilton's video series, Christianity and World Religions. We have just started another DVD & bible study series, Confronting the Controversies by Adam Hamilton. We are always open to new ideas and activities!
